The design engineers, testing agencies and contractors will participate in the commissioning process. All test results will be furnished to you. Any issues that are found will be corrected. Along with the assurance that the equipment is operating as designed. MCC Home Improvement will work with the project team to see that you have all the proper close out documents. The following items are included in your closeout package. Warranties Operating and Maintenance Instructions Parts lists As Built drawings Lien Waivers from all contractors and sub-contractors Insurance certifications Occupancy permits Test results for all equipment and other assemblies required to be tested.
